Working Principles
Dairy Skimming
The disc separator performs two-phase and three-phase separation:
- Two-phase separation: Separates suspended solids from liquid or two immiscible liquids with different specific gravity
- Three-phase separation: Simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase
